Scott Fitzgerald’s death, Penguin Classics planned to publish hardback editions of six titles. The patterns evoke the jazz age of Fitzgerald’s stories, giving these books the elegance and glamour of the Art Deco period: the sense of ornate detail fused with the modernist aesthetic of mechanical repetition.

The combination of metallic foil and matt paper gives a tactile enhancement to the reading experience. The type panel fits with the deco theme and is echoed on the detachable bookmarks.

Absolutely gorgeous.

The logo needed to be fresh, contemporary and eye-catching. I love using block colours with black and white at the moment and If you knew my friend... you would understand why pink was the prime colour choice to run along-side!

She chose the bottom left design. The mix of typography look great together and I think this was the best option as it suits her business, along with her personality, down to a T.

I designed a Facebook "cover" image to show users how to enter the competition, an image to be posted and shared throughout the course of the competition and a graphic to show the winner once it had been drawn.

The competition was a great success, I managed to gain the company over 3,000 new "likes"! I'd like to think my graphics did the trick!

Brillanté is one of the high-end magazines I work for, and I think its absolutely gorgeous! The layout is lovely and I love the glossy pages and the beautiful foil print on every cover!
